Q: What are your business hours?

A: Business hours are everyday 9am EST- 9pm EST EVERYDAY. All On-Hand/Same-Day/Next-Day orders must be placed by 4:30pm EST Monday- Friday (times will vary on the weekends).

Q: What hair is available on hand for Same-Day/Next-Day orders?

A: Our Mink Virgin Hair is available on-hand. Raw Hair must be custom ordered. 

Q: Which hair prices are reflected on this website?

A: The prices listed on our website only reflect MINK VIRGIN HAIR prices. Please text us at 347-993-8693 or DM us on Instagram @tresbelletresses to place a custom order for Raw Hair (please keep in mind Raw Hair is more expensive than Mink Virgin Hair, so prices will vary and won't be reflected on our site).

Q: Can this hair be bleached to blonde?

A: Raw Hair can be bleached to 613 hair color. Mink Hair can be bleached to color #27. 

Q: What type of lace do you sell?


A: All wigs , frontals and closures are made with thin transparent lace that can blend with any skin color (unless you place a custom order requesting HD lace via text message or Instagram DM. Please keep in mind HD lace is extra $).

Q: How long will it take until I get my order ?

A: Processing for each order takes 2-3 business days and shipping takes 2-5 business days. If you’d like to receive your order the same-day/next-day, contact us at 347-993-8693 or DM us @tresbelletresses to pay for your order via Apple Pay or Zelle - to avoid processing time and be eligible for NYC Same-Day/Next-Day Pickup or Overnight/2- Day Shipping. 


Q: Can I exchange my order ?

A: If your order is still in the processing stage you can exchange before it’s shipped out. Once shipped out there, your order will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

Q: What is your refund/ cancellation policy ?

A: If your wig/bundles wasn’t installed or altered in any way , it is eligible for a refund.  Refunds will take about 5-7 business days to the same payment method after the order is returned and we have confirmed it hasn’t been installed or altered in any way. Once washed, colored , cut, installed, etc your order is no longer eligible for a refund. If you cancel/refund your order before receiving the hair, it will still take 5-7 business days to process the refund to the same payment method.

Q: What Density Are The Wigs?

A: All wigs are 180-200% density.

Q: What Size Are The Wig Caps?

A: The sizes are small and medium. Medium fits the average head size. If you are concerned about the cap size being too small, feel free to contact us after you place your order and let us know you would like a large cap size instead of the medium. (Same applies if you would prefer a small cap instead of the medium).
